Excellent Book with lots of basic information - Lois M. Frescura - Michigan
I borrowed this book from the library but plan to add it to my cookbook collection someday. Recipes sound delicious but I really enjoyed the info on buying, storing, cooking things like Tofu, Beans, Broths, Nuts etc. Great for a creative cook that has lots of ideas for variations.
