I like to cook Italian food. I have no reservations about this, just do what I love. I like all types of cooking, but I always resort back to my roots and my family.
not in this age of convenience, as many people bothered to cook, they eat to survive. This is a terrible way to be. These people are not just finished eating cooked food pack with fats, sugars and salts, but not even the wonderful therapy that isKitchen>.
My fascination started many years ago a family moved in next door to me. I am English and in 1977 had never smelled in my life as flavor, aroma spreading captured the heady tomato, garlic and oregano in my back yard completely to me. Even today, if I take a smell similar to what I love with all these years I am again drawn to this day.
The trick with the Italian cuisine is less is certainly more, but I'm not confusedto believe that it is easy to correct the taste, just because there are few ingredients to get because of it.
tomato sauces with nothing more than tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper is very difficult to own taste perfectly. I like a pinch of pepper in my tomato sauce, as my girl pepper. And the Italian food is so. The beauty of the tomato sauce is that if your recipe is started immediately, the subtleties of performance, such as salami, diced perfected,Meatballs and a little grated Parmesan 'in the sauce. All these add to the flavor of the sauce over them without difficulty.
A tip I would give is perfect if your tomato sauce, never try to distinguish them, there will never be as good.
Of course you can not survive with tomato sauce alone. Fortunately, you can animate the pasta, add a day.
Making fresh pasta is a delight. A joy messy and time consuming, but boy, is therapeutic.Italian cuisine is always therapeutic. Most hard-wheat semolina, flour, a tough, but some people use corn, unless you just add an egg or two, mix, knead and made you just made.
After leaving the mixture to the dough rest in refrigerator for fifteen minutes.
Roll out the dough, then pull the dough through a machine for profit. Leave it to dry for an hour or two in boiling water for several minutes. pasta machines are to take another day,Useless as all things Italian simplest are the best, and do not cost an arm and a leg to say!
The excess dough (my recommendation is to save time) may be frozen or refrigerated and eaten another day.
Simply Food at it's most delicious. I love Italian food.
If I was from my family that allowed me to live out of nothing but noodles. You can cook, make soup with it, are any of a thousand sauces and also as a salad.
The kitchenItaly is much better.
