High End Baking - k8inut -
This is NOT a cookbook for a beginning baker or someone looking for an introductory guide to baking. This book is all about high-end, fancy baking, as the name suggests. Unfortunately, that's why it's one that sits on the shelf most of the time. The recipes are fairly unusual and are not the sort of desserts that most people have on any regular basis. This is the sort of cookbook that one would bring out for a special occasion or if one needed something unusual for dessert, but it is not an everyday dessert cookbook.
