If you only have one pasta book, this should be it. You will not only learn to make fabulous homemade pasta, you will be amazed at how easy it is. I have given his Macaroni & Cheese recipe to everyone who has tasted it. Warning...if your kids eat the box stuff, once they eat Beard's they'll never eat the blue box again.
